Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you register, we collect your name, email, brokerage, and team information. When you use the app, we store the transaction, activity, and contact data you enter. If you connect a CRM (Lofty, CINC, etc.) we store your API credentials encrypted with AES-256-GCM.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with third parties for advertising. We don't train AI models on it. Your client names, deal notes, and financial figures are yours.

Who we share data with

We use a small number of third-party services to run the app:

• Stripe — billing and subscription management
• Your connected CRM — transaction and contact sync (only the data you authorize)
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Anthropic — AI-powered coaching and support chat (conversations with Claude)

Your rights & data export

You can download a full copy of your data as CSV files at any time from Settings → Export data inside the app. The export includes your transactions, daily activities, contacts, goals, and coaching notes — everything you've put into Closing Day. No ticket, no waiting period, no email required.

If you cancel your subscription, your account stays accessible for 90 days so you can log back in and download anything you need. After 90 days your data is permanently deleted from our systems.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie for authentication. No tracking cookies, no advertising pixels, no analytics fingerprinting.
